When I moved back to Perth from Sydney in early 2021 (before jetsetting off to Europe for some filming and research work), I noticed something right away: my internal body clock was three hours ahead of the Perth time zone and instead of waking up at my usual 8:00am time, I was suddenly wide awake at 5:00am. What was I going to do with all of this free time?!
